SAMe Liver Health is a vet-recommended liver supplement for dogs that helps to maintain optimal health and function of the liver using ingredients that can be effectively absorbed and used by the body.

This liver supplement for dogs is formulated with 225 mg of SAMe (S-Adenosyl-Methionine) per tablet. If youre looking for liver support for small dogs and cats, SAMe Liver Health for Dogs & Cats is formulated with 90 mg of SAMe per tablet.

SAMe Liver Health comes in an unflavored, enteric-coated tablet, making it ideal for pets with sensitive digestion. The enteric coating helps to protect the nutrients from stomach acid so they can be absorbed in the small intestine. For best results, give SAMe Liver Health on an empty stomach one hour prior to feeding.

SAMe vs. milk thistle: which is better for my pet?

Both SAMe and milk thistle are commonly recommended by veterinarians to help support liver health in both dogs and cats. Both promote liver function by supporting cell health to help the liver remove harmful substances from the body. SAMe supports the production of glutathione, a powerful antioxidant that helps support healthy detoxification. Milk thistle, which contains the antioxidant silybin, can help maintain a healthy oxidative balance in the liver and support the bodys natural production of SAMe.

    Keeping liver levels good

    We started this supplement when we learned our Airedale has copper storage disease. This supplement was vet recommended so we started it right away. Since March 2025, her liver enzyme levels have been good!

    Outstanding

    CALM and CONFIDENT does not tone down emotions, it helps her to focus makes training more effective.

    My vet suggested PEIRO SUPPORT it certainly freshers her breath.

    Smells awful. Sometimes my dog will eat one, sometimes not. The tablets were a waste of money. Wish I could send them back.
